People are amazing, beach is beautiful! Had a wonderful vacation. This was my second time visiting the resort and I will return! I would like to thank all of the lovely staff at this resort but there are a few that really made our stay extra special! Thank you to Anisley you are the reason we decided to return in the first place. We can never thank you enough. Orestes - you were the first person we spoke with when we arrived and you are amazing. Fantastic drinks! One of our favorite people to see at night when you were working. We will stay in touch! Tony - you make fantastic drinks( some of the best I have ever had), we loved them very much! Yusmila - you are a legend and you know why! Purely magical! Annaray - you make my favorite Strawberry Daiquiris and you are the cutest person ever. What a lovely smile and attitude, will miss you! Belgi - you took care of us at breakfast and lunch every day. You are such a lovely person and we will miss you. Thank you for the things you brought us! Dennis and Yaz - thank you for taking care of us every day with all of our needs! Yusi - you did a fantastic job of keeping our room clean, it was so nice to come back to a refreshed room. Loved the flowers and the decorative bedding displays! There are so many more lovely people but that's the names I could remember, we love you all!

We just stayed here for a week. When going to Cuba we try to set our expectations low and this resort was well. They are running at 25% capacity so getting a spot by the pool or beach was rather easy. The food was more flavourful than expected (we brought a bunch of condiments and never used them). The drinks were different tasting depending on what bar they were from but overall all servers and bartenders were nice. They ran out of some ingredients at night. We especially enjoyed the drinks from the beach bar. Our room was clean. The shows at night were entertaining and the pool aerobics were fun, but otherwise there isn’t much entertainment. Overall it was good stay with no true complaints.

We 4 couples stayed for 7 days Royal Service .The service excellent friendly stuff help full always smiling. A big shout out to Nacho the bartender at beach and Orestes bartender in Bar by the lobby open 24/7 and let’s not forget Marlene at pool bar always a great time with all of them.I can only say we will be back . I have nothing to say about the staff or the resort it’s more if anything the way of guests behaviour. Even if you pay to be there those not mean to disrespect the staff ,still show respect . And let’s not forget the staff on beach water exercise and dance this guys rock.

First time at this resort. Still here and having a fabulous time. The entertainment staff; Kevin,Dary,Laudys, are amazing. Everyday they show up to the beach and the pool and always have fun and games for us. Learning how to dance with them is a blast. They are so patient and always have the biggest smile on their faces. They make this resort the 5 star I rated it. Definitely coming back!

I had the best time at this resort! The staff are truly the best, Dariel laudy and Kevin have made our experience one to never forget! Strongly recommend this place!

The hotel was overall very good. The staff genuinely tried their best to make everything comfortable, and their attitude was positive and helpful. However, room service was a major weakness. Whenever you needed something, no one answered the phone. I once called to request an extra blanket; they said they would bring it, but it never arrived. I even went to the lobby, where they apologized and promised again, but it still never came. The French restaurant was very disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and the food was honestly terrible and tasteless. I strongly recommend not reserving the French restaurant. When you try to make a reservation, they say there is no availability, but when you go there, you can clearly see many empty tables at the same time. They eventually give you a table, but only after pushing back. On the positive side, the Japanese restaurant was excellent. The buffet was good, and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options. There was no service around the pool area, which was a downside. The spa, however, was great — the massage was very good quality and reasonably priced at $55 per person for a one-hour session. The New Year’s Eve program was fantastic, with great music, drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Overall, the hotel was clean and pleasant. The biggest issue was the room phone, which was basically useless since no one ever answered. There were many vacant rooms, yet we were not given our room until 2:30. Despite these issues, overall it was a good hotel, and most importantly, the food (in general) was good.

I visited this beautiful resort with my friends in October 2022, and we have such wonderful memories! The management and staff were truly amazing—so kind, friendly, and welcoming. Even though the weather was rainy with a bit of a storm, they created such a warm and happy atmosphere for us. Everything was clean, organized, and full of positive energy. We had an unforgettable time and can’t wait to come back!

Have been to this resort twice now. The people and staff at the resort are fantastic. They are very helpful, friendly and will try to do anything to make your stay more relaxing. Beaches at the resort are incredible. Resort is very clean and the grounds are wonderful.
